Find a home that fits your whole life — not just your budget.
Stop searching. Start discovering. Tell idratherbe about your life once and its AI scores every home by how well it actually fits you — then shows them on a map with an idratherbe Score and honest reasons. Browsing is free, and you talk to the agent when a home feels right.
Takes 3 minutes. Tell us your life, we score every home.

Every home, on a map, scored for your life
No more endless lists. idratherbe puts agent-supplied homes on an interactive map and colours each pin by how well it fits you. Here's a live look at homes around Belfast, our launch city.
Your personal idratherbe Score appears on every pin once you sign up (it's free) and tell idratherbe about your life.
See the idratherbe Score before you sign up
Here's a real Belfast home scored for a young family with a city-centre commute. Once you tell idratherbeabout your life, every home gets its own score and honest reasons like these.
Detached family home off the Malone Road
- Aquinas Grammar is a 9-minute walk — inside your school priority
- 900 Mbps broadband covers two people working from home
- Quiet suburban street with a private garden for the kids
- 14 minutes to the station keeps your commute under your limit
Stop searching in fragments
The best home for you is rarely defined by one filter. idratherbe turns the full picture — practical and personal — into a search that gets smarter with you, matching you on the things that really make a house feel like home.
Commute matching
Set your workplace and max travel time. We'll only show homes within your commute.
School catchment
Find homes near Outstanding or Good-rated schools for your children.
Green space nearby
Love a morning walk? We match homes with parks and green space within minutes.
Broadband speed
WFH essential. We check broadband availability so you're never stuck buffering.
Noise level
Prefer quiet streets? We factor in proximity to roads, railways, and flight paths.
Crime & safety
We cross-reference local crime data so you can feel safe in your new neighbourhood.
Air quality
Breathe easy. We match homes in areas with the air quality you want.
Pet-friendly
Got a furry friend? We filter for homes and areas that welcome pets.
We’re building idratherbe in the open
idratherbe is currently being tested with home seekers and Estate Agents across Belfast and Northern Ireland. Rather than publish testimonials we can’t yet stand over, we’d rather you be one of the first to try it and tell us what you think.
Discover, don’t search
Rightmove makes you search. idratherbe helps you discover — tell it about your life once and it scores homes by how well they actually fit you.
Every home, on a map, scored
Homes from Estate Agents shown on a map with an idratherbe Score and honest reasons — including where a home is a stretch, not just where it shines.
Better leads for agents
Estate Agents list for free and only pay when a genuinely matched seeker enquires — better-qualified leads, not just more of them.
Be one of the first in
If you’re looking for a home around Belfast, or you’re an Estate Agent who wants better-matched enquiries, we’d love to have you in the early group.
